Lois Griffen is by far the best. She mastered a martial art in only a few weeks and defeated her sensi. She's also a world class boxer IIRC. She consistently beats up Peter with only small difficulty, and we all know how ridiculously durable Peter is. Not go mention she beat up 3 silver age kryptonians (Zod, Non, and Ursa) with her bare hands.

Eh the Kryptonian feat wasn't that great, all she did was kinda toss them as they came forward. But the rest yeah, was pretty good.
Marge simpson is pretty impressive too. She tossed Homer out of rooms a few times, lifted him above her head for a dancing competition (and swung him round), lifted and threw a motorcycle to him so he could duel with it, and became a pretty well trained boxer. Not to mention she was a vicious fighter.
