I think it has best romance in a comicbook movie...does anyone else?

Didn't care much for the romance, but yeah, as far as comic book movies go this might be the best.

... it's a high school puppy love story. Forgive me if I wasn't brought to tears.

My choice for favorite, honestly, is Tony and Pepper from Iron Man. The dialogue and actors made everything feel really... normal. I just liked that.

It was good, but my personal favorite is Cap and Peggy's.

Really, what was so good about the romance in ASM? Out of the Marvel movies, Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, and the Raimi films easily have better love stories.....no puppy-dog, cutesy, rushed, high school stuff

Gwen/Peter went through the ENTIRE relationship highs and lows that Mary Jane/Peter did, in one movie.

I disagree. Captain America's was better.

However I did not cry or even feel any remorse in any of the movies. (way to cheesy)

I didn't particularly care for it but I agree it was one of the best part. As far as comics goes my favorite was from Thor between Kelda and Bill.

I had a similar feeling.

Spiderman didn't really do much of anything. Lizard wasn't a good enough villain either he only killed one person.

Maybe it's because I'm waiting out for Mary Jane, because they'll kill Gwen.

I thought that the romance from Superman Returns was really good. It had the old-fashioned hero/damsel-in-distress theme, but was still bittersweet and unpredictable. It was like an emotional roller-coaster ride.

Except for the whole creepy stalker thing... of course, there was some of that in ASM, too...
