Sam Harris is like one of the most logical speakers I have ever heard. He is like Spock with the looks of Ben Stiller.

Definitely Sagan. I watched Cosmos: A Personal Voyage when I was a kid, and ever since, I've loved him.

One of my favorite quotes from him :

"The cosmos is in us; we're made of stars...."

NIKOLA TESLA, he has always been my favorite. He is probably one the smartest people to have ever lived. He was very unique, and thanks to him we live the way we do. Plus he wasn't money hungry, most of his stuff he didnt' even patent. He also had OCD.

Dr. Moreau

Thomas Edison. He was a scientist who was so incredibly inventive, and I remember that he just left me in awe when I first read about him as a kid.

Cheers. I like your selection of Neil deGrasse Tyson as well. You ever catch his interview when he was at school and discouraged from pursuing a career in astrophysics? Pretty fascinating stuff. He's a comic fan as well.

Sam Harris is pretty cool dude, I like his views on morality. I really want him to appear in a comic so I can do his page at CV lol Richard Feynman has a page that I should probably work on when I get the time. Neil deGrasse Tyson should appear in a comic as well, he could like, tell Thor that there is a Asteroid called Apophis that will hit Earth in 2036 and Thor needs to fly up there and smash it. lol

All the greatest scientists should have cameos in some Marvel comic. It would be cool.

Reed Richards. I gotta admit, he's fantastic.

Dr. Jekyll but he is just so moody

#41 Posted by Vortex13 (12221 posts) - - Show Bio

Another one of my favorites is John Forbes Nash Jr. He was a mathematician whose game theory is still used in a variety of ways to analyze patterns and outcomes of many things.

The main reason I like him though is because of what he had to overcome to succeed. He is a paranoid schizophrenic, and the movie "A Beautiful Mind" is based on him.
