Just listened to his Justin Bieber song..Jesus Christ that was wretched..in both senses of the word. Honestly I figured there would be quite a bit of underground rappers much worse than Rozay, but none came to mind at the time. Now that I think about it, while 95% of his songs are god awful like you said they're at least tolerable(somewhat). So with that, I change my vote to this G.G. Allen of Rap looking clown.

Well there's plenty of bad rappers, but at least some of them acknowledge their lack of lyrical talent (ie, Wiz Khalifa does it to be happy, 2Chainz isn't as dumb as he pretends to be, Waka Flocka is....aware). Its the rappers that genuinely think they're one of the best but can't rhyme cat with hat that are candidates for worse.
