Feat wise
who is the strongest hero (who doesn't have superstrength)
@the_kidd: Captain America has proven to be the strongest (and fastest) specimen of all the peak-humans, including Batman and Black Panther.
@africanwilds: okay, you mind posting that proof.
I don't think Armstrong (from Archer & Armstrong) technically has super strength, he's just a beast of a man. He and his brothers are immortal, but neither of the others is shown to be able to do things that would defy normal human limitations (other than surviving fatal wounds).
Yes he does.
And the answer is Brit

@africanwilds: thanks.
Batman. Cap has super strength.
No he doesn't. Cap is just the most peaked out of all the peak-humans. He is basically the ceiling.

Never mind. It's one of those things that keeps changing with the writer's fancy.

If you're talking about Ultimate Cap, or even Movie Cap, I think you may be correct . But original Cap (616 universe) is just max human potential.
I was going to say Batman, but @africanwilds changed my mind.
