Who is the most hated team in sports?

Probably the Pats, but I voted Duke because F$%# YOU DUKE!

Tonight's National Championship game between Notre Dame and Alabama the 2 most hated college football teams got me thinking who do you think is the most hated sports team? Also sorry to any non Americans for having all American teams on the poll I'm just not familiar enough with others sports to know who is hated and who isn't. But I think the Yankees are the most hated despite them being my favorite baseball team. They're called the Evil Empire by pretty much everyone who isn't a fan.

Other is what I voted.

Seattle Seahawks, rofl. They're not hated in the sense that people think the players are evil or bad or something... But seriously, they're one of the worst teams ever.

Though to be honest, they're pretty loved by people around here, even though they suck.

I voted Other. It's probably a soccer (futbol) team, since more people overall actually care about that sport. The Cowboys are more of a joke now, seeing how they haven't won anything in over 10 years so it's more why should we root against you if you suck? The Heat aren't hated, it's more jealously. People pack the arenas to see LeBron play. The Lakers are a mess right now.

Patriots are the most hated. Well the only team i've heard get downgraded.

@thespideyguy: Thanks, the reason I put Dallas on the list is because I know a lot of people hate them for many things mainly because they call themselves "America's Team" that rubs a lot of people the wrong way. Plus people think Romo is overrated, don't like Jerry Jones, the media attention they get whether they're playing good or not and they always seem to have a lot of bandwagon fans.

I don't like Jason Garret. He calls the worst plays. And I think Romo is good (they all throw interceptions).

The Argentinian football team and Barcelona. (I personally do not hate either, but most of the people I know do)
