I love all these stories about how people got banned :)

I didn't see what Fade did wrong.Dan Slott was being equally rude.And why the hell does a comic writer that writes a flagship comic come on a comic website to argue with fans.

ive seen Scott Lobdell and Rob Liefield on here before.

it was a horrible thing to say in the first place. it not like Dan started his own topic, to then yell at fans who disagree with him. IMO

That's one instance of many though. Slott didn't necessarily handle the situation correctly but Fade started it and was being slightly more rude imo.

that's hilarious! what a jerk. I can understand getting made if you tried really hard and people hate your stuff anyway, but personal insults about looks is way to far.

It's kind of sad that professional writers get on sites like this and engage in arguments like that. If I wrote a comic and a fan hated it I'd just ignore that fan and tell the story. Ill quote the wordsmith jay-z "it ain't for everybody" when artists of all kinds come to terms with the fact that not every human on planet earth is going to love my work then we'll be better off

I'm not protesting Fade being banned I just think that they were other instances far worse than this he could have been banned for.I think he was a hero this time lol

I'm just going to continue enjoying watching people speculate on this banning. Fade wasn't banned for something he said two months ago. I didn't even know about his fight with Dan Slott. As far as I am concerned, that wasn't even a matter that led to his banning. He's said other things since then that I did catch that led to his banning in conjunction with his pre-existing warnings.

@peppeyhare: I could see that. But I get criticized by my coaches and my mother all the time (heavily heavily criticized) and I can't respond like that. I just have to either a) get better or b) ignore it. The onus is on the professional writer to behave like a professional. What Slott did with fade and what Lobdell did with te guy who didn't like his TT was no better than what Ron attest did at the palace.

I find this hilarious and pathetic at the same such poor reaction toward criticism.

I wish Linkara would create just a account to try and patronize anyone that criticized his reviews or his crappy webcomic.

I got banned once for making a stupid thread almost a year ago.

@joewell: I've considered doing that, but then I decided my enemies didnt need to know. but if you do, just disguise it, and ay the linkt othe website is a recepie for something nobody wants, and PM the fact that it's a fake link to the people you want to know. or you could just PM them the info, but it doesn't feel very sneaky.....

I liked @fadetoblackbolt, he reminded me of Miller's Batman, and @jokergeist reminded me of Joker. But the truth is I didn't even know they were banned.

@mrdecepticonleader: Hehe, well it wasn't quite accident. I used to share a computer and someone used it to create an alt here. Long, weird story :/ So Razz fortunately stepped in and banned them - but to be safe, she banned both accounts from this IP, then after I confirmed that this account was really mine via email (with some much needed help from @samimista), she unbanned me again. Still, was weird trying to log in, not being able to, and at the time not knowing why :/

Dan Slott Vs. Fadetoblackbolt was pretty damn epic.

Ah I see. Wow that must have being irritating. Does a message come up or anything when you try to log into a banned account?
