Self Explanatory.
If you don't care for either, You can choose any political candidate.
Please explain why.

Brilliance has been exhibited.
Ron Paul even if I have to write his name on the ballot, I don't know why he doesn't appeal to people.

Not voting. Either one is a joke and not a real option. Every four years the parties pick a candidate that is best for them, not the American people and every four years we eat it right up. They've brilliantly convinced everyone that you have to be a Republican or a Democrat and that everyone in the opposite party is a moron. I'm almost certain that they are all great friends that joke about how stupid the general public is for thinking it matters who is president. If I vote I'm going to write Lady Gaga's name on the ballot since there is absolutely no way she could do a worse job even if she declared war on the Earth's core.

No they haven't convinced everyone. There are a lot of people just so fed up with both parties they won't vote for either. And although it's great we aren't playing into their hands it's sad to see such low voting levels. Not voting. Either one is a joke and not a real option. I am going with Barack Obama again... I mean he hasn't done a Great Job as President so far... but eh, I am scared of what might happen to America if Mitt Romney was to get elected... I had more respect for that old man John McCain who was running against Obama back in 2008 than this Romney guy.

Your opinion isn't equivocal to mine then obviously.
Why we have not thrown these guys out of office is beyond me. We are all a bunch of cattle that deserve to be poked and abused along the cattle line to the slaughterhouse. We do little to prevent it even though we know what is happening.

I have to take back part of what I said earlier. I'm going to vote for SOMEone...it's just not going to be either one of them.
"Why we have not thrown these guys out of office is beyond me. We are all a bunch of cattle that deserve to be poked and abused along the cattle line to the slaughterhouse. We do little to prevent it even though we know what is happening." Not sure who I just quoted but it's pretty true. The two big parties don't WANT everyone to vote. They want the members of the special interest groups to vote. THAT way, thay can (to some degree) have some pull in which way the electio will go (anyone remember Florid 2000? Both sides were cheating their asses off, the GOP ws just holding more cards. I will ask...pleasd this though. Please vot, vote for third party candiate, vote for Lady Gaga's platform to go to war with the core of the Earth. Things will stay as they are, ping ponging back and forth from one extreme form of garbage to the next one, whenever the government changes hands every 2,4, or 8 years, unless all of us get up of our couches, computer chairs (what have you). Not to mention how many proplr habr brrn horribly maimed, if not given their lives so we can enjoy the right to vote. Just asking, with a little begging, don'g let the "big two" parties, make you think you're cornered into two crappy choices. Good luck folks andF TRY to have fun.

I'm a Libertarian, so I'll go for whoever will do the least damage to the constitution. Obama is definitely out. I'll have to look carefully at Romney and decide whether he will do more harm than good. If he will do more harm, I'll vote for a Libertarian, if more good, I'll vote Republican.
In the primary, I'll go for Ron Paul just because he's a good guy, and he deserves to know that some people appreciate his message.
Third Party. Don't know who it is, but I'm voting for them. I may be partly influenced by Chase Stein.
I would have voted for Ron Paul. Some of his ideas had real merit such as dissolving the federal reserve, income taxes (Which is illegal), ending the giving away of money to foreign nations, and closing US bases in other nations. As a former US infantryman I am no pacifist, but the US has become the very thing this nation was founded on opposing.
The one thing that I really loved about the guy is that he is not afraid to tell you his views. He believes what he says and he will give it to you how he honestly sees it.
I'm voting for Obama. He may not be our greatest President but I'd rather have him in office for the next four years then Mitt Romney.

My thoughts in a nutshell.
Not a citizen so I can't vote but I bet Obama gets a 2nd term just because that seems to be the trend for the last two decades or so.
Politics aside, I found a picture of him and michelle.

I'm curious why people say that, can you explain what makes him cookoo?
I think most people feel that the devil you know is better than the devil you dont know. Unfortunately this is a second term which means the gloves are off. Obama has no future in politics after this and he is basically free to do whatever he wants for better or worse. I feel that he is still only slightly better than Romney, however. With Romney I see a yes man who is only running to better himself and his friends. Is that the same with Obama? Yes. So I have to weigh who's friends are more inclined to help me through their benefit. Obama will throw billions of dollars away on green energy companies that will close their doors after they get their money and Romney will pass bills designed to help businesses he expects to be on boards for when he is out of office. Obama will push for more social reforms that benefit the poor at the expense of the middle class. Neither of these men will be much help to the middle class, which is where I fall in. However, it's their international policies that sway me. Obama will continue to tip toe around those affairs until he is out of office, so I do not expect any major side effects from his term. Romney's strings are pulled by corporations that benefit from conflict. So, if I had to vote for anyone it would be Obama only because he is a person who will get nothing done, which means smaller side effects when he leaves office.
I will not vote for either, but in my view Obama is the safer bet of the two.
