Which would be worse? supreme Order or Utter Chaos?

Which society would you think would be worse to live in? 
 
supreme order- a facist like society where the government controls everything and speaking out against them is forbidden, a place where they suppress a person's freedom and rights, a place where somethings are ok to talk about, to question, and others aren't, the pros however would be crime would be virtually none existent and people would be safe (if they obeyed that is) 
 
OR 
 
Utter chaos- a land where there are no rules, where the "suvival of the fittest" theory truly thrives, a place where cops or law officials of any kind don't exist, or the ones that do end up being killed by savage gangs. a place where murder, rape, theft and violence is the only "norm" pros could be that one could be truly free and not have to be afraid of being labelled an "outcast" or labelled anything for that matter 
 
 
so which society do you think would be the worse to live in? and explain why!!

extreme order,  i prefer the survival of the fittest world

Anyway, Utter chaos would be worse. Supreme order is actually a great goal to look forward to.

Supreme order I would not be able to roll with. Part of me would like extreme chaos better but logically I say that extreme order is far better and safer, just... super boring.

i teach you how to survive and shoot... with my military and ethnic cultural background.  you can have the .22, piece of rope and a pocket knife. i hold unto the m4, machete and taser.

@Samimista:   only seen it on tv never played it only halo.  I have a shadowbox a military momentos i have cammies and a flak jacket.. i could gear you up and green or desert cammies,  daypacks/backpacks and even small military stuff like red light LDS  and mini can openers . that reminds me to go buy a new flak jacket at the military depot store and other supplies.

i am sure you heard similar saying in movies, just letting you know that we say it a lot in real life to in the military in various branches. Officers have to earn the respect of their troops and it aint easy since most dont undergo the same physical training and toughness of those they are put in charge of... plus most the time they are young pups early to mid 20's and goobers missing streets smarts.

Well, the term suvival of the fittest is applied oddly here, (its in the interest of the fit to form small groups to be fitter) and with chaos you still get labeled and such. You don't need laws or rules to sway away things like rape, theft and violence, just consequences. Order will slowly start to crept irrespective of initial set up. Same applies with order. Unless the ruling party was essentially perfect (which we are usually shown they aren't or can't since power corrupts) their decisions will adversely affect others. Unless they have no conscious choice. If they do have choice even if its choice punishable, then chaos will start to leak in anyway. So either could be as potentially worse/better than the other but would start to balance out either rapidly or slowly. I'd go for the second option. Nicer to build things up, than tear them down. 

Utter chaos is worse. In a supreme order society I'll just have to suck up to the fascists... :D

They would be equally terrible utter chaos would suck because we'd all die quickly, supreme order would suck because the people in charge would have no checks and balances and would as most facist societies do end up with one class oppressing another class it would be great for the ruling class but the rest of us would be trampled under foot

If we had "super order," I'd do some stuff like Guy Montag 
 
If we had "super chaos," I'd gather me a large following and we'd rise up, then create the "super order" state. Then me and my top people wold get unsatisfied with each other and start secretly struggling for power, even though everyone else really knows that others are plotting, and the plotters know they're onto them, and they'd know they know they're on to them and so on. Then my beautiful but lesbian assistant whom I sometimes make passes at will help me beat everyone else, because she's a prep master genius. Then I'd remember all that studying I did of anti-christ and think about how similar the situation would be, then that part of me that latently fears that I am him would lose it and my assistant friend would run things for me, promising something better.
 
Except it turns out she's the anti-christ and makes things worse than imaginable, then all the biblical stuff from Revelation happens.
