You would just be a regular person, but can do whatever you want.

#3 Posted by ShootingNova (16933 posts) - - Show Bio

LOL this is a hard choice. Stuck between the A, C and D.

#4 Posted by Lvenger (19836 posts) - - Show Bio

These are all really good choices but in the end I have to go for B.

#5 Posted by kamrenamir (212 posts) - - Show Bio

I choose Marvel because there is a better chance of me getting powers. But If I already had a power of some sort I would choose DC cause they are more, accepting.

@Lvenger: in universe with joker?? i don't think so

By 'Earth 1', do you mean DCnU, Pre-Flashpoint Earth-0, or the world of Superman: Earth One?

#8 Posted by JigglyJiggletowns (54 posts) - - Show Bio

Well, the Marvel world basically is OUR world, with badass superpowers, but I'd honestly love to live in Gotham (childhood fantasy). If you could just drop Batman and Gotham into the world of Marvel, that'd be great. Thanks.

#9 Posted by Lvenger (19836 posts) - - Show Bio

@TheAcidSkull: Well I'd live in Metropolis not Gotham. Superman's my favourite and I wouldn't mind living in a city he's protecting.

I also ask for clarification on the term 'Earth 1'

@Izaiah: @Lvenger:

Wherever you want in DC

DC.

#12 Posted by TheCannon (18658 posts) - - Show Bio

Marvel. It's the best fictional universe ever. Better than DC, Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Potter, and it's far better than Star Wars and Star Trek.

There's a universe you forgot.

#13 Posted by The_Thunderer (2894 posts) - - Show Bio

@TheCannon: Ours?

#14 Posted by TheCannon (18658 posts) - - Show Bio

No.

#15 Posted by TheThe (1731 posts) - - Show Bio

DC

#16 Posted by The_Thunderer (2894 posts) - - Show Bio

@TheCannon: Well, actually I did leave ours out.

#18 Posted by The_Thunderer (2894 posts) - - Show Bio

@TheCannon: there are an infinte number of fictional universes, so obviously I missed some, I simply picked the ones I thought would be most popular

But you still needed the Amalgam universe and the Simpsons universe.

  • The Simpsons

I change my vote... yup.

Would have to say Star Wars

#24 Posted by The_Thunderer (2894 posts) - - Show Bio

@BlueLantern1995: true, plus you have the potential for greatness no matter who you are

#25 Posted by AtPhantom (14521 posts) - - Show Bio

Star Trek is obviously the best choice for a regular joe.

#26 Posted by Ms. Omega (4469 posts) - - Show Bio

Marvel or Dc so i can get powers some how.

#27 Posted by The_Thunderer (2894 posts) - - Show Bio

@BlueLantern1995: Exactly, look at Bilbo just your average guy, ends up living in Valinor. :D

@AtPhantom: Based on what?

@Ms. Omega: If your lucky, if not then a supervillain could you in collateral damage.

#28 Posted by Ms. Omega (4469 posts) - - Show Bio

@The_Thunderer: Thats why I will try and get in touch with the Power Broker first thing :)

#29 Posted by The_Thunderer (2894 posts) - - Show Bio

@BlueLantern1995: true dat, plus all the soldiers of Gondor and rohan who could become heroes.

@Ms. Omega: haha good luck :P

#30 Posted by Ms. Omega (4469 posts) - - Show Bio

@The_Thunderer: As long as I have hope I will find a way lol.

#31 Posted by Vortex13 (12250 posts) - - Show Bio

LOTR. Especially if I could be an elf.

#32 Edited by Vortex13 (12250 posts) - - Show Bio

Why would anyone want to live in the star wars universe? Planets get blown up a lot, what if you were on one of them?

#33 Posted by AtPhantom (14521 posts) - - Show Bio

@The_Thunderer said:

@AtPhantom: Based on what?

Based on it having the best living standard of all options with minimum number of eldritch things likely to eat you at any given time.

#34 Posted by The_Thunderer (2894 posts) - - Show Bio

@AtPhantom: That is true, but it isn't as exciting as some of the others. Plus i reckon its = SW in terms of quality of Life

#35 Posted by blackadamFTW (7867 posts) - - Show Bio

Definitely the DCU.

#36 Posted by Shamelesslysupportinaznballers (553 posts) - - Show Bio

Probably Star Trek. It seems to be the safest place for a regular person to live in.

There's plenty of excitement in ST, just not on the core planets of the Federation. It's the best of bost worlds, if you'll pardon the pun.

Plus it's way, way, way above SW when it comes to life quality.

Remember that talk we had about opinions?

Anyway, Star Wars. One of the few not completely infested with douchebags.

It's an opinion. It doesn't matter if everyone in the world likes DC more, it's my opinion.

I'm not so sure about that, honestly. I suppose it would depend on the timeline.

@FadeToBlackBolt: Once a Ranger, Always a Ranger

Trek universe (as long as I'm on earth). No poverty, food replicators, holodecks, and ability to transport anywhere in the world instantaneously. Who needs superpowers when you have all that?

Well you can at least shoot them there without the morality police complaining at you.
