Which show do you prefer - Saturday Night Live or MADTV?

MadTv. I can't stand SNL.

MadTV had like three great seasons, and a load of bad ones

SNL overall.

Snl i'm an old Keenan and Kel fan and watching Keenan back on the air is hilarious

SNL. Mad TV Had SOME Decent sketches, But otherwise they became pretty bad later on.

Mad Tv wins for the first couple of seasons but there last few runs were Yikes.

SNL hasn't been funny in a long time, too bad they canceled Madtv

I never understood the hate for MadTV. It was a more lowbrow version of SNL at times, but the parodies were often extremely inspired and hilarious. It was a show that, at times, was just more watchable than SNL. Not that I have much against SNL by any means.

Snl has nothing on mad.

They're both okay.

I wouldn't pick either one, and I'd be just fine if neither existed.

I grew up with madtv.. That asian (forgot his names) guy was the funniest on the show.

SNL is just OKAY, only a few of their sketches were ever funny to me (Celebrity Jeopardy comes to mind), but I've always preferred MADTV, always loved it more and the acting/writing was just better, imo. Also, I do agree that the later seasons of MADTV weren't so great, but they weren't as unwatchable as SNL is nowadays, only reason it's still running is cuz of the celebrity hosts but other than that the newest seasons have been godawful. Too bad MADTV is cancelled now... :(

Both are hit and miss for me.
