Which is the most incompetent superhero/villian in comics?

We all know that superheroes and supervillians are mostly hyper competent characters.

But which are the ones that really are flawed?

I mean a character that is street level superhero that sucks at martial arts and have a bellow avarege intellect... or a powerhouse that is very bad using his powers.

Longshot or Domino, Could be rich as hell if they wanted to

Dude is so slow that it's kind of wrong for batman to hit him. It's like attacking an autistic godzilla.

Killer croc is a sad excuse for a villian, which is sad because he has the ability to be formidable. But I would say he is the most incompetent.

Speaking of people that could be rich. Lol juggernaut. Dude could literally be making millions via being a player in the NFL.

If you are a villain to a hero that is still alive then you're incompetent.

How could Longshot?

Condiment King comes to mind.

Longshot can only use his powers for others, so I don't see how he could be rich. I guess he could make a ton of money to donate to charities.
