Which is the best animated movie that is not disney/pixar or DW

Disney/Pixar and Dreamworks are the to big wigs in animation. But what is the best movie that is not distributed by them.

This was his best film IMO

It's highly underrated, but really liked the story and animation style. It was a brilliant animated film.

Loved the ironic "Over the Rainbow" part. xD

Hunter X Hunter. They need to make the Ant arc's story into anime, it's where I found insectile superhuman as an interesting form of superhuman. I know they haven't done it because of how violent the arc was in the comics.

Did you know that it was based of a book called "The Iron man" but they had to change it's title because of copyright issues from Marvel comics?
