I've had nothing but horrible experiences with the cops, I've been falsely detained countless times, once while siting in my own breezeway smoking a cigarette a cop stops on the road & ask me if I'd come talk to him then I stupidly said "about what" which gave him what they call "Implied Consent" & probable cause to come on to private property without consent & I had a huge Hookah by my chair he sees that & the next thing I know I've got like ten cops at my house talking about the hookah is more than enough to get a search warrant & since I had nothing to hide I let them search the house & for 5 or 6 hours these guy are grillin & interrogating me I'm being nothing but honest & this cops talking about "How do you expect me to trust you, you've lied to me five times already" I not once lied to that prick.
Or the time I was drunk riding with a friend of mine & he gets pulled over for a light but the cop winds up telling us to get out of the car & practically strip searches us on the side of the road, circling the car with a dog & it doesn't hit on anything so sure enough the cop gives it the command to hit the passenger door anyway, so they search the car & don't find anything & start rapping things up then the cop comes up to me & tells me I'm under arrest for public intoxication because I got out of the car & I'm like WTF you told me to get out & he's trying to tell me I didn't have to but luckily the judge dismissed it since he did in fact order us out of the car without probable cause.
