For me it has to be stiff legged dead lift.

No Caption Provided

I know its tough hitting those hamstrings but stiff legged dead lift is great for that area. I love the movement and feel it has on my lower back aswell.

For arms, rope pulley for the triceps. For legs, I guess any type of leg-press.

Deadlifts, Bicep curls, Squats, rows. All isometric.

Body weights: Pull ups, chinups, widegrips. pretty much anything you can do with a pull up bar.

Also gotta work on the core since I believe its the most important.

plain ole deadlifts are also great to imo. i do no running and only cardio with weights once in a while. usually its always lifting close to heavy about 4 days out of the week.

You should lift light most of the time. You get more reps in. Heavy is mainly the last thing you do.

It could be taken as one given my username - but running is my favorite form of exercise.

It's why I got nicknamed "Flash" in highschool when I played Ultimate Frisbee, I was easily one of the fastest players.

@erik: Exactly, that's why my favorite muscles to work are the chest and back. You can have arms as big as you want but if you can't fill out a t-shirt with your torso there's no point.
