For me it has to be stiff legged dead lift.
I know its tough hitting those hamstrings but stiff legged dead lift is great for that area. I love the movement and feel it has on my lower back aswell.

Er... I like exercising my fingers, by, eh... typing on the keyboard. Kidding around - I've only exercised with weights before.

I like thumb workouts because you can do them almost anywhere. On your phone, xbox controller, TV remote....
I do a very wide range of exercises, its hard to pick a favorite. How the back and chest are my favorite muscles to work by far.

plain ole deadlifts are also great to imo. i do no running and only cardio with weights once in a while. usually its always lifting close to heavy about 4 days out of the week.

You should lift light most of the time. You get more reps in. Heavy is mainly the last thing you do.

@erik: Exactly, that's why my favorite muscles to work are the chest and back. You can have arms as big as you want but if you can't fill out a t-shirt with your torso there's no point.
