It's an interesting match... I think Gustafsson maybe a little too big for Johnson though.
I seriously doubt at this point that 6 feet tall is really the average height for a man more so than it's a desired norm. Way too many sub 6 foot guys around for me to believe that.

What you do is, map out 1km and jog every day. Its a great way to start the day, gets the blood circulating and warmed up. It also improves cardio endurance. Try to best yourself every day.
Push ups: This is a good way to build the chest at an intermediate level. It increases muscle endurance. Do as many push ups you can until failure. Record that number and try and reach it again two more times. Don't rest for too long, 30 - 45 seconds max.
Dips: These build those triceps and are the biggest muscle group in the arms. Again, do as many as you can and record it, do it two more times.
Lunges: Strengthen up those legs. Stand in the middle of a doorway, grab the sides and jump in a lunge position for 30 seconds to a minute.
Squats: Grab a chair. Do a squat, make your ass touch that seat, do NOT sit down. Do that for about 30 seconds to a minute right after those jumping lunges, rest and do two more sets.
Sit ups: Record your max and do two more sets like those push ups and dips.
The beginning stage is sort of hit and miss. Mainly trying to test your limitations. When you figure those out, you can work towards beating your own records and all that. I skipped gym for about 2-3 months this year, so those home workouts really helped me build endurance and stamina for when I returned. I only did those workouts for about 2 weeks before I went back to the gym, never felt more active. The other thing is your diet. You can't be drinking soda and eating McDonald's on a regular basis, you can still have those luxuries, but they are full of calories. So the more you eat, the harder you have to train. One more thing to consider is, not everyone's body type is the same. My metabolism would shred junk food up and I could barely gain in a week, so I have to eat more than most. I ignored the trainers at the gym, because I was getting nowhere, so one day I just did my own thing and I've been gaining more and more. So do what works best for you.

Yeah, this is true. Certain things in general will work for most people(Eat 1 gram of protein per 1 lbs. of bodyweight, etc.) but sometimes you'll just have to see what your body responds best to. For example, everyone touts 8-12 as the best rep range for gaining muscle mass, but my biggest gains have come when I opted against that and went into the 6-8 range.
