After some internal discussion, we've decided to close this topic. Over the past few months we have had to spend far too much time and energy deleting and moderating posts in this thread, and they're often drive-by political opinions that spur arguments and have nothing to do with games. In general, the whole concept of this topic as a place for people to post bad things is just not in the spirit of the direction we'd like the forums to be going in.

Let's all try to spend more time and energy thinking about and discussing the things we like, rather than concentrating on things we dislike. If there is something you really want to discuss, feel free to start a thread about it and generate some discussion of your own, but we're closing the books on this one.

Just came back from watching TMNT and Guardians of the Galaxy with friends. TMNT had Raphael-bias, but was otherwise full of funny wise cracks, plot holes and fighting. Megan O'Neil is still the worst casting choice for April though.

GotG was freaking awesome. Everything about the movie was great. From the make-up, to the set design, to the sound effects, to the soundtrack, to the CGI worlds, EVERYTHING. The boss battle was epic. Every minor character was of some importance to the central plot and came into play. Such tight story telling. The Nova corps were amazing, and Marvel actually incorporated their symbol in and made their helmets look reasonable instead of stupid. Zoe Saldana kicked ass, but I privately wish Gamora had eyebrows because she looks weird without them. 10/10 would watch again.

I hate 7th Heaven with a passion. Ugh.

Diamond and UPS both screwed up the shipment, and I kept thinking "it won't take that long". It took nearly four and a half hours after I showed up for them to get there, and at least 15 minutes for them to go up on the shelf.

It would have felt a lot longer if I didn't have three Morrison Batman trades and my 3DS with me.

Like the husband is being hit on my a teacher, to the point that her thirst is showing, but instead of going to the principal the dad takes his boys out of class so he doesn't have to humiliate the teacher and doesn't wanna make a mess. Like are you forreal? You're really taking your kids out cause a teacher has the hots for you? Smh. get your shit together. The acting is so forced and everyone's got this holier than thou attitude and it's just ugh. I just can't with these TV white people.
