Same.
@god_spawn: My birthday is in a mere four days, bub. I expect a nice gift with a big red ribbon on top.
*Sits in chair with expectation*
I was talking in the context of not wearing a full three piece suit and only the hat if that changes anything.

@god_spawn: @wolverine08: Thanks
Was able to finally watch Captain America: The Winter Soldier yesterday. All I got say after watching it is good luck for the rest of the 2014's CBMs, they're going to need it in copious amounts if they hope to beat it out in terms of quality.
Ah crap! Party tonight and i completely forgot about it.. Oh well, bottle of wine as a gift will have to do for now.
Just saw Captain America: The Winter Soldier. It was good. I don't think it's the best Marvel movie, but it was definitely a huge step in the right direction after the mediocrity of Iron Man 3 and Thor: The Dark World.

I hope that is the case... I can't wait to see this movie, but it won't be released over here until next week.

It is. In fact, after thinking about it a little, it might actually be the best one. It actually does have a significant impact on the Marvel film universe, unlike Iron Man 3 or Thor: The Dark World, and there were some nice surprises here and there. Of course, some of the twists are not really twists at all (like the Winter Soldier is Bucky, but everyone already knew that), and there's others that aren't very surprising, but there is one that I really liked and it had a pretty interesting message, kind of like The Dark Knight's message about heroes. Don't worry - it's nothing stupid like the Mandarin twist. It's actually one I didn't see coming and really had an interesting effect overall. For some reason, I still kind of like Avengers more, but it's been some time since I actually saw Avengers, so another viewing of both films might change my mind.
In any case, I am curious to see where they go with what happened in this movie. The only problem I have is, well, the next Captain America film is going to be the 3rd one... and in my opinion, the 3rd Marvel film in a franchise is usually horrible and the worst one. But hopefully, Captain America 3 will break that curse.

I can't tell you how much this makes me happy... I was anxious over the fact how well received this movie is being, if it was because its funny or is it because its awesome... The latter is too broader a definition and I am sick of seeing the former all the time in Marvel movies. The fact it takes itself seriously is a big plus for me and it has some consequences as well.
