Grilled cheese is better.  
But french toast would win if it had prep time :D

I like both but if I have to choose then french toast!

Grilled cheese is going to win because there are more combos like ham and cheese and much others, whiile french toast only has different types of syrup

Grilled cheese is easier/quicker to make (at least I think, I've never actually made french toast myself) but in terms of taste FRENCH TOAST all the way

Are you guys serious? I mean look at her, she's one sniff away from ripping through her mother's finger tissue and marrow to get to the succulent, rich, satisfying taste a grilled cheese sandwich has to offer.
