What you do and how would you react if you found out your Girlfriend/Boyfriend/Spouse was cheating on you?

Ok, so say you were with someone for a long time and they have been cheating on you for few weeks, months or a year+ and you just found out. What would you do? How would you react?

Laugh, break-up, fight at a restaurant, have an awkward moment when I have to drive her home and fight in the car and she slapped me while I was driving. Then drop her off at home have her yell that I'm a f##king scum-bag that should rot in hell. Then on the ride to my house be confused at why she was so incredibly pissed off at me when I was faithful and as far as I know I hadn't done anything horrible. Be slightly bemused about the situation. Get home watch porn j@(k off, go to bed the end. Or at least that's what I did back in early march I think it was when my girlfriend told me she cheated on me more than once. My initial response was to laugh nervously and say "well I think we can get the check now."

Killermike, you don't read that much news do you about bad break ups or cheating? lol some people have killed because of this(not joking) but I. and F. are very common actually(you just don't hear about it)  If I was with someone and I felt it could be worked out, you'd bet your butt I'd have words with whoever this other guy was(I said get rid of them somehow) that implies various options, not necessarily "kill them" but I could threaten them to stay away or they'd have to deal with me...

I would probably be pissed off at my girlfriend, but not even 5 people would be able to stop me after I found out who she was cheating with and went after the poor bastard. 

I'd probably be hurt, and end it, completely. As for the guy she was seeing behind my back, I wouldn't be worried about him. She would be the blame, not him.

If it was my girlfriend, I would just dump her and be done with it. 
If it was my wife, there are a couple of scenarios: 
1. if she is caught in the act, I'd straight up kill her lover, and let her make the decision on what she's gonna do next 
2. If not in the act, I would make sure that everyone knows how bad a person she is. Make sure she remembers what she did for the rest of her life. Take everything she owns, and make sure her lover gets "taken care of". 
3. If I'm severely pissed, I got two letters for ya: OJ.

Depends on if she was truely sorry about it, then I'd forgive and try to work things out.
However, if she turned out to be a total b*tch, then I'd call it quits, and hopefully not be so blinded by rage that I cause some harm that the "lovers" would regret.

Well, really it depends on the type of relationship to begin with.  If it is my girlfriend (this has happened to me quite a bit actually...O_o) and I have dated her for a while, then I can/did get over it...but I also ended up doing the same thing to her. 
 
If it was my wife, then depending on if I really felt like prison was something I could handle, I would probably beat them both senseless,  preferably while they are in the same room...  But since I don't want any part of prison life, i would just relocate and move on. : )
