At this moment in time I will say the Internet.
Overall: PAPER! Not sure if there is a right answer here. A lot of good creations to choose from. Not sure if the wheel should be eligible. I mean... we probably created it, but there's no record of it's creation. For all we know, some other primate could have invented it, or some ancestor of man. Chimps make tools. The chances are slim that we didn't make it, but possible nonetheless. Oh, yeah... I'd pick paper anyway. The airplane is an excellent choice, though. Cars? Meh. Carriages and bicycles are slower, but airplanes are way more of a gigantic leap. Most people probably didn't even seriously believe it was possible before the Wrights.
Architectural: The Great Pyramid. It's been standing for thousands of years, has been in every incarnation of the seven wonders of the world and will probably still be standing as the last trace of the human race long after we're extinct.
