Codename KND was made in 2002. Its not 90's.

I guess you can count it as a '90s CN show since it's been on CN since the network's debut in 1992.

Tie between Ed Edd and Eddy and Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy with Dexter's Lab as a close runnerup. They're the only three shows that still make me lose my sh!t laughing.

I Am Weasel, I still love it.

I also loved Powerpuff Girls, then someone told me it was a girls show which confused me because it was much more violent than the other Cartoon Cartoons. I kept watching it in secret. Like a modern day closet-Brony.
