It has to be 2 diffrent things like 2 diffrent TV Series but its the same verse
Tranformers and GIJOE are in every instance they are produced by the same company. like whenever they're both published by the same comic house they are automatically in the same world. the animated series were in a same verse, the only time it was highly noted that I know of was Cobra Commander appearing in TF. the live action films are in the same verse, the tech in GI Joe having been reverse engineered from Megatron (and seemingly to try and set up a possible GIJOE/TF movie). the comics tend to play this up to a larger extent than any other media. the two are pretty much inseparable. ect.
