For me it was when I was walking, barefoot, in my grandma's basement when I was a kid. There was some rehab work being done at the time and I stepped directly down on a nail, Jesus style, and it went straight through my foot.
What's the worst pain you've ever been in?
Probably when I had broken my humerus (the upper-arm bone). Snapped in 2, but luckily, it stayed inside my skin. When I had the injury it didn't hurt as long as I didn't move it. But the healing process after surgery to place rods within the arm did hurt considerably (so my bone would stay straight), but not as if I was mortally wounded. But once the rods were removed the 2nd time around for surgery, I recovered pretty well and I don't remember much of it now.
Probably when I broke my left arm, or was that my right? Well I've broken both arms but one hurt more. One time while walking home in the dark I fell off of a small ledge onto some rocks (big rocks) and it hurt like hell... got up limping and confused trying to find my apartment XD! I had just moved in as well so I kind of went in the wrong direction due to being confused and I got lost for a little while... that sucked.
Does emotional stuff count? If so i was so devasted that i could barely breath when my hamster died... If not probably when i've felt on the basketball playground for the second time or the pain related to my surgery (Not as bad as it sound but by times i could not walk straight).
Pilasy:La Voix d'un homme
Preparation for a colonoscopy. I couldn't eat anything for 24 hours and couldn't drink for 12 hours. Also, I had to drink two bottles of laxatives, one the day before and one the day of. And the second bottle tasted so bad, I could barely swallow it without gagging. And I couldn't even sleep the night before, because I was so hungry, and I was pooping all night. I felt like I was going to die.
I got stabbed once (long story) tell you the truth I did not wat to go to the doctor my friends made me.
Pain is for the weak
Being friendzoned D: haha. Lol everyone on here has all these things (guy before me even got stabbed apparently, lol i have too its actually not nearly as painful as ud think he is correct it is just much more likely to kill u then most injuries i havent broken many bones but from what i hear and my limited experience apparently that doesnt hurt too much either at the time it happens) but lets be real nothing competes with the soul crushing friendzone of eternal torture.
My sister slammed my foot in a door and I am now missing half of one of my toes, where the toenail should be.
@life_without_progress: ......broke your right arm 5 times doing what exactly........?
Physically? Suprisingly a simple tension head ache, i've had so much worse injuries but a simple headache once made me almost cry and throw up from pain. Oh and another contender would be when I somehow managed to get 3 different throat diseases at once, not sure what they are called in english but that was extremely painful, can't help to wonder about the odds, I had to go to a hospital to get help to breathe.
Probably having my tooth pulled. You'd think we would have some better pain killers in this day and age.
I've had food poisoning from some Chinese sausages.. It gave me explosive diarrhea for like a week; the pain in my stomach was UNBEARABLE!!!!!
