Looking through my cupboard and fridge, I've come to the realization that I have the same diet as a 7 year old: Sunny D, turkey & ham sandwiches, Apple Jacks, and Batman fruit snacks. So I'm just curious what everyone else usually eats on a daily basis, and if what I eat is socially acceptable. Do you cook most of your own food? Or are you too lazy like me? Or do you have a spouse or a significant other that makes your food?
What is your daily diet?
" ROFLMAO! nice. Well, all i can usually it is rice and some meat. "Haha I mean I'll occasionally throw something on the grill, or eat out (which happens too often, sad to say). But rice and meat sounds simple although awesome.

Daily? Well, normally a few cups of tea or coffee in the morning. Tea, lots of cream with two sugars, coffee I just take black. Maybe a bowl of frosted wheat or a muffin. For lunch, it's generally something like soup or a ham sandwich on wheat. Dinner, I'm a steak man my self. Been trying to import some Kobe, but it's hella expensive.
The diet can change every time. It usually depends on what's available in your house and what you can afford IMO.

I hate the idea of it. But it won't keep me away from adding it to sandwiches and tuna fish.

I am pretty random right now, i usually eat most of the day whenever I can... today so far two cheddarwurst and a mountain dew...I'll probably have another cheddarwurst , a ham sandwich, mountain dew, and some coffee for lunch...and maybe some potato/biscuit dinner thing for dinner... I usually toss in some Ramen noodles, but I'm all out at the moment. I'll have a protein shake on workout days...and thats about it... I feel like I should throw in more water, you guys sound healthy, lol
