What is the worst thing you parents ever said to you?

This isn't the worst thing, but it's a fair example of some of the asinine sh!+ that comes out of my step-mother's mouth.

This is kind of a touchy subject but my Pops told me & I quote:" YOU NEED TO STOP LIVING OFF OF A FUCKIN' DREAM THAT AIN'T GONNA COME TRUE!!!!" This was pertaining to my aspirations of being a comic book/video game artist.He feels that I don't have what it takes to make it in the real world.Those words hurt a little bit but did I let them get to me? Hell No.Sometimes parents need to watch what they say to their children because relationships can go further south

I recall my Dad saying he had no problem with killing me, I believe it was because I told him to wash his hands before he touched the clothes in the dryer since he just used the bathroom.

My parents are good people although certain things have been said during fights of course.

So I said "then Who's gonna put TV for you?" he's too lazy to do it himself. "and who's gonna get you pay per view UFC fights for free?"

So he answered "I guess I should keep you around for a while."

It's not sad, it's hilarious... My parents always showed they loved me... And any bad thing they have told me, they apologize immediately. And I forgive and forget easily.

Oh, they have no idea what they've said is horrible. Nothing they've said had any impact on me. A couple of my siblings, though. They can eat shit.

As for the OP, I've been cussed out a lot, but they've never said anything that's genuinely hurt me.

@sprior93: That was the biggest reaction I got from my friends and family, too. I was so nervous to tell them, but when I told them, they pretty much just said, "Lol, we know."

This might seem odd, but it should show how evil my father is. I was his favorite and he was trying to get me to come live with him and he said "I don't care if your little brother stays with your mother, I just want you"...like it was a compliment or something. I felt sick..THIS f**cker is my FATHER?
