What is the Scariest/Freakiest Creature from Resident Evil?

What do you think the scariest or freakiest creature is in the Resident Evil games?  
Which one's scared you or freaked you out the most?

Pretty much yeah

For me, it is Nemesis.
Aside from being one of the coolest Resident Evil villains ever, he is (or was) also one of the scariest for the way he would just show up out of nowhere.
