What is the Best/Worst Dc vs Marvel Matchups you've seen

In my opinion Batman vs Punisher is the best match-ups I've came across .Both was created out of tragedy . Both are well trained extremely determine to rid the world of organized crime. Punisher is a Batman willing to kill. Punisher will become Batman's Red Hood. He try to stop frank b/c his intention is pure but his actions are not. If they made a mini series together it will be awesome .
The worst in my opinion is Storm vs Wonder Woman. The only thing they have in common is their diplomatic immunity. Lady Sif vs WW makes way more since. Both are goddess warriors with super strength .
So what are your best and worse dc/marvel match-ups .

I've never understood why so many people think Martian Manhunter vs Vision is a good matchup. They have virtually nothing in common apart from both being green and capable of going intangible.

Worst: Wonder woman vs storm
Best: The no brainers like Flas,Aquaman,Plasticman vs Qicksilver,Namor, Mr. fantastic

Spiderman vs Superboy made no since to me. 
Spider-man vs Blue seems a bit more fun
