Sure, there are those few epic stories the bad guy wins, but the hero always comes back and fixes it all again. It's so generic and boring.

This made me laugh so much..... I don't think superheroes can just arrest people. Like when Batman just leaves a bad guy all tied up with a note on him. I don't think that $#!% holds up in court. "Well your honor. I have a note from Batman that says he did it." Or when Superman just drops of lex in the middle of a prison yard. Does Superman realize how the due process works?
