Gohan and Krillin die on Namek pretty early on. Goku never gets his body back from Ginyu. The End.
Or if he does, then he doesn't go SSJ because part of the motivation was watching Vegeta die as he asked Kakarot to avenge the Saiyans, and because Krillin won't die in front of him, as that was the initial trigger. Frieza kills him. Then, The End.
Or if he somehow manages to get through all that, the rest of the Z-Warriors and Goku's friends and family are killed by King Cold and Mecha Frieza, as there would be no Trunks to save them (though Goku himself would have no problem with them). Then since Trunks never warned Goku about his heart and gave him the medicine, he would've died from the heart virus, and the Androids would rule Earth. Theeeeeeen THE END.
Cell would've been decidedly less powerful, and thus dispatched effortlessly by Goku. Despite Trunks' non-existence by default, Bulma herself could've gone back in time with the Heart Virus cure, ending Dr. Gero's perverted ambitions forever.
Didn't she have a ship that she flew off of Namek? It's been a while since I've seen the Namek Saga, but didn't Gohan plead with Bulma so that she wouldn't take off without Goku?
@heraldofganthet: If there was no Vegeta, then Bulma, Krillin, and Gohan would've been killed very early on. There's no need to go as far as speculating about a ship. Vegeta protected Krillin and Gohan throughout nearly the entire saga. Even when he was technically opposing them, he was still taking out all of Frieza's warriors and collecting the Dragon Balls. They benefitted from that TREMENDOUSLY.
Then the show would have ended on Namek. The ending doesn't matter though, because the reason why it would have ended would be because no one would have cared about the show anymore.

@arturocalakayvee: Without getting into how much of a clusterf*** that would make Dragon Ball, in DBZ Tien was able to hold off Semi-Perfect Cell with his Neo Tri-Beam. Without that, Cell probably would have had at 18 sooner and been able to catch the other peeps off guard.
Besides that, Solar Flare wouldn't exist, and the amount of times that's saved everyone's butt is quite numerous. For example, Goku wouldn't have been able to blind Great Ape Vegeta and gain time to gather up a Spirit Bomb. Great Ape Vegeta wrecks house. The End.

There would've been a lot less whining in the show, however there'd be no Trunks and Trunks is awesome. Piccolo, Gohan, and Krillin all might have died on Namek as well. Well, Krillin did anyway...but I mean before Goku showed up and stomped that mudhole.

Nice knowledge of the series/manga. Tien was my favorite character when I was watching Dragon Ball...in the mid 80s!

If Vegeta had been killed by Krillin then Gohan and Krillin probably would have gotten their a$$es kicked/killed on Namek before Goku ever arrived and Frieza would have ended up making his wish for immortality then everybody would have been screwed, unless somebody miraculously pulled a Garlic Jr and trapped him in another dimension, which is so unlikely idk why I even bothered mentioning it.

Guru could have realized there was no hope in stop Frieza after the earthlings were beat/killed and demanded Nail or another Namekian to kill him therefor making the Dragon Balls useless, which in turn would have pissed Frieza off and he would likely end up destroying the planet.
