What if everyone got a Period

You're sitting in your kitchen or wherever the hell you like to sit, and you see a huge tampon in the sky.

Your friend calls you and asks if you have seen them... When all of a sudden a huge burst of power!!!!! You notice your pants have turned red and everybody in the world have got periods! Even the guys!

What follows?
