If you guys would just have patience I will create separate thread for each of these "What if...?"s where we can discuss them in depth eventually. For now though, does anyone have an educated opinion about what would happen in the OP?
@Buckshot: I don't know if its that there just aren't that many history buffs on the vine or that the ones that are keep missing my threads (I practically made #2 just for Pania) but eventually, someone will respond with an in depth answer and maybe, just maybe we can get an interesting discussion going.
If Caesar wouldn't be assassinate, the pax romanica would have begun early, but he would face Marc Anthony, cause this guy have ambition, maybe MA would have lead the charge of the Patrician. (My reference isn't the Rome TV Show.). but...Marc anthony wouldn't stand a chance without Cleopatra, and she will be the tie breaker between Caesar an Marc Anthony. This women had ambition, and I don't see her just stand by side of the powergame. She control the feeding of Rome, which is critical for Rome. Octave would have been assassinated, or choose his side, probably with Marc Anthony, cause he know that he will be no match for Caesar, I think. The parthe could take advantage of this, maybe, but I doubt it, because the roman would stand united against them, even for a time. My last question is... and What if someone cared for history and had imagination ? This would be me.

I think if Caesar was never assassinated, Marc Anthony would have no reason or chance to try and take the Roman throne. The reason the whole triumvirate thing happened was because Caesar died and he didn't have a rightful successor. Without the Triumvirate, Rome would have never been spilt into separate sections and I think Rome, over-all would be a much more powerful nation. This is where I think we can ask the question: If Caesar was never assassinated, would the fall of Rome ever occur? I believe Caesar was the first actual emperor of Rome and he would have ruled with a mighty fist and I believe, made Rome a much more powerful nation and not only that, if Caesar was not killed he would have probably fathered a lineage and Rome would have had a completely different set of emperors. Then. maybe Constantine would have never came to power and Christianity as we know it would have never become so wildly popular. If Caesar sired a line of descendants they would probably inherit many of the same traits that made Caesar a great leader but it is hard to say because the apple can fall very far from the tree indeed. Over-all, I think we might be dealing with the "What if the fall of Rome never happened?" scenario that I outline in my first "What If? thread. But it's impossibly to be certain, who are we to judge what would and would not happen if events of this magnitude transpired differently?

EDIT: However, in all seriousness, Spider-Man would probably have a different name, because Stan Lee named him Peter Parker to remember the name easier (Iron Man: Beneath The Armor, I believe).
