Personally, I identify with Spidey the most, for obvious reasons.
What fictional character do you identify with?
I identify with The-One-Above-All-Who-is-the-Goddamn-Chew-Force-Batman-But-Is-Actually-Chuck-f*****g-Norris-Who-Is-Above-Omnipotent-And-Supreme-Ruler-of-the-Omniverse.
I don't really think I identify with any character that much, but if I had to pick I'd say Tim drake
A number of people.
Lex Luthor, because I'll admit, I can be a bit arrogant and I tend to assert myself.
Goku because I always like testing my limits and getting stronger.
Brainiac because I enjoy researching (certain things,) and collecting information. Whether or not it's useful to me is another story.
Just off the top of my head, those guys. I've gotten Tony Start from a lot of people based on my attitude with my friends, which tends to be a mix of good-natured sarcasm, surprising insight, and genuine heart-of-gold moments.
Captain Marvel (pre 52) on so many levels. I also really identify with Caitlin Fairchild quite a bit.
Batman in "Batman: Venom"... Underrated Batman story in my opinion..
I have a problem with drug addiction, and it was nice seeing that even Batman went through the same thing. And I like how he realized and the way he dealt with it.
@kingwillie: I LOVED that story. First Batman Comic I ever read, too.
Kenshin Himura. Just like him, I've done things in the past that I regret, which I find difficult to move beyond. And I do occasionally find myself doing similar things (kind of like how he sometimes reverts to being Battosai).
I identify with Batman, though the way that acts and feels is more justified than mine for obvious reasons.

Great story, NEVER hear it even mentioned though..
I know I answered something similar to this, but to be fair, it might have been specific to comic characters. I am going with Éowyn, from the Lord of the Rings trilogy, Jane Eyre (although I do love Catherine from Wuthering Heights) and also Elizabeth Bennett from Pride and Prejudice, finishing off with Pippi Longstocking. It was between her, Anne of Green Gables and Lucy of Charlie Brown fame, but she won out because of her independence.
@ostyo: I never did that. Last time I checked, I'm not 165 years old.
@ostyo: I used a fencing foil once, does that count?
