What exactly is a Biomechanical Android?
@jumpstart55: Organic living tissue with organs enhanced and supported by biomechanical endoskelatal and nueral system. Contrasted with a cyborg, which is more broad and simply refers to a human who gains robotic parts, androids are generally synthetic humans.

Mechanical- means, well, mechanical
Android- "like a man"
@InnerVenom123: actually, Cyborg wouldn't be considered an android because he was born as a normal human who later had an accident. Unless you mean cyborg is a synonym for android, which it isn't.
