What Does It Take For A Character To Trend On 'Popular Forums'?

AKA: WHY THE HELL IS 'VOODOO' TRENDING WHEN IT DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A PICTURE UP?!?!???? 
 
There are other characters that have more active forums, and I don't ever see then mentioned in the 'Popular Forums' section. Someone please explain...

Whatever pages people are going to is what makes it trending.I would assume people are going to Voodoo's page because it is the answer to one of the quests.
