It's wrong. As a black guy, I hate the KKK as much as anyone...but this picture is implying a lack of due process, and/or public execution. That's not fair. Racism, such as that of the KKK, is an ideology-- and all ideologies should be protected in the US against aggression.
It's possible that the image is a mere metaphor or the like, but the implications of the image still stand. Crucifixion (figurative or not) based on one's opinions should never be advocated for.
LOL. Why is naked?
Same thing I was thinking lol. Idk why photographers feel that their models have to be naked in order to get their points across. It's unnecessary. We all know what the human body looks like. Ooh boobs, butts and penises! Nothing ground breaking I haven't already seen.

The photographer is white/ caucasion and he says this pic has nothing to do with racism. He says he doesn't really pay attention to the racial issue in America. He says he lives in his own world. He hasn't really went into detail on why he did the pic but there is speculation that it suppose to be a mirror to hold up at Anerica.

I disagree. At least on a case by case basis. In a case where someone is about to be wrongfully lynched, without receiving due process themselves, and they are able to wrestle their way into turning the tables somehow, they are fully within their right to terminate those that would have wrongfully terminated them.

Of course. The situation that you're describing sounds like self-defense (to a degree). But I don't think that's what the picture entails. I don't see a lynch mob. I see two men of, apparently, two different ideals. One is killing the other; And it has sort of an almost symbolic tone...but the implications of the photo are still prevalent.
I do advocate for a sort of "lynching" of racism but the picture has other obvious interpretations, that, as an American and a human, I can't support. But overall-- I do think we agree :) .
I think the dead Ku Klux Klan member is a metaphor for a fish out of water, waiting to be reeled back to its prison in the murky depths. And the black guy is all of us. All of us.
Art.
@blazingnova: me dos
Why is he nekkid?
I'm totally not jealous, I just think he should wear pants...and a shirt...and...
You too could have a body like that. A little exercise and eating right and you too can have that physique. Me on the other hand, is perfectly ok with my skinny slight pudgy body.
Less shocking than this (To Society at least).

Lol, a Salt Lake Comic Con picture. Very nice. I enjoy their conventions and their daily memes.
For starters, I am assuming this is a piece of art to explain the nudity and the pond. So I assume it's symbolism and not just someone deciding to wee in the KKK's letterbox for the sake of it.
That said, if the KKK don't like it, sucks to be them, imagine how the relatives of the numerous lynch victims feel about seeing their loved ones hanging dead off trees and bridges while a predominantly white crowd poses around corpse?
And freedom of expression goes both ways.
My reaction exactly

whys she saying...
"thats cute"
what is she from and what did she do O.O
@nighthunder: Game of Thrones. She screwed her own brother many times.

Kinda thought it was some sort of contrast thing. The KKK dude is covered head to foot in large robes that doesn't just hide his skin but his entire body shape. And that's the uniform they wore to kill, because despite claiming to be justified, they still feared retribution, and so hid their identities. Whereas the black guy doesn't wear anything while killing, implying he has nothing to hide or be afraid of.
Or maybe the artist just really wanted an excuse to stare at the dude for a while, or thought it'd get more attention that way. Those are more likely, actually.
