@fallschirmjager: thank you, wise master, for teaching me what should have been a easily spotted widget
@hollow_point: lol
crazy story dunno who's telling the truth
I'll have to hear John Gebert's argument to give my opinion.
waitaminute. why him exactly?
This seem's like a real doozy - lots of finger pointing going on.
tis true
If it is true that "Sandee" had affairs, then Gebert would know firsthand and should be able to provide a convincing testimony. He can explain the 'how' part of the story best.
But now that I rethink it, it's almost impossible that the mother had zero contact to her children. Even if she was barred from calling or emailing, there are other ways to attract attention such as through family relatives or the police.
The mother seems like she's lying. The fact that she said she had no contact with her children was the part when I started getting suspicious, just like what @mandarinestro said, she could have EASILY contacted them through other means.
I have way too many questions based on the story itself and how it was presented to believe anyone, outright. It's all weird, all around. The daughter sounds like she stepped in to play "mommy/wife" in more ways than she's revealed and as for the mother, how could she leave her children behind with a man she considered abusive/dangerous?
This should have never made the papers.
