What do you do when you are heavily frustated?

I tend to tap my feet and stare at something.

I try to stay angry and hold a grudge but can't (if its with family) or just look really p!ssd off

I listen to post-hardcore and heavy metal music and/or exercise really hard.

Either work out or eat while listening to music.

Take a nap or pet a cat.

I try to figure out why I am frustrated how I can solve it, and then shove headphones in my ears to block out the noise and listen to my music.

But if you are talking about little habits I have, I tend to bite my lip or clecnh my teeth or give a blank stare.

Kill the thing frustrating me.. in my thoughts of course.

Do nothing. It all goes away eventually.

I smile very, very sweetly.

I go for long walks while listening to music. :)

Sit in my room, turn off the light and keep staring at the ceiling. That's what i normally do.

Listen to some Drake or Iggy Azalea.

Play basketball and listen to music

Glare. Tapping of fingers and foot. Pacing hurriedly. Slamming hands to surfaces without warning (obviously, warning is something only a few people do). Crouching. Walking loudly and noticeably. Murmuring. Shouting occasionally. Whincing. "Why must life be so goddamn hard?!"

Oh, and this too. Except I don`t turn the light off. And any place is fine. And I don`t look at the ceiling.

So, basically I just...stay quiet. Until I don`t.

I read a comic. If that doesn't work, I read another comic.

Take a shower, showers were my safe place when I was a child so I'm most comfortable in it
