I'm serious. There's no swear filter.
What do we call Chris Genovese/D'Amico on a family site?
@the_last_son_of_czarnia: Motherlover
@thatguywithheadphones: don't forget f-ckwit and johnny two d-cks
While comicfan93's idea is the most logical, I do admit I like Strongarm's idea.
That way you don't have the asterisk blanking out only one letter.
@allstarsuperman: their site, their rules. I do it out of courtesy to them for letting us post here.
On the forum you censor their names, in the wiki you don't. Simple as that.
Yup, sounds right.
@allstarsuperman: Censor your posts, cursing is against the rules and you will get in trouble for it.
@decoyelite: I once started a train of comments of people whove been raped in comics, people talk about deaths and drug usage..... but you curse and the mods get mad, weird.
@hero92: Thems the rules.
@decoyelite: And I have no problem with it, I have a problem with people saying its to keep it "family friendly" when almost all comics are pg-13 and as far as I know not alot of MLP FIM comics are featured on the home page. It be better just to say its to prevent flame wars, but I think most people know the difference between a fight/troll bait and as Patrick would say Sentence Enhancers. But I really dont care, just pointing out the flaws in the system is all.

If no one posts here, they all get fired and the site shuts down due to nil traffic.
Users give CV rights, not the other way around.
@hero92: It's been pointed out before. It's not being changed. Just don't curse.
@decoyelite: WHAT?!!! And here I thought I was going to gather the people, strike in front of Comic Vine's home base and change the rules..... wasnt planning on it or cursing,
I really don't think there are many small children active on this site, and if there are, odds are they won't be looking up Kick-Ass characters. (Unless they've seen the film or read the book, thus making it obvious that their parents allow them to witness such things.) But anyways, it's merely a vulgar word, it's not going to kill you or anything, and I don't believe people get offended that easily, so, I'd say call him by his real villain name. If you aren't comfortable with using that name, then call him by The name Chris Genovese. Or D'Amico. Depending on whether you're discussing the films or the books.
