What are your morals?

Imagine you are a "superhero". You are above the law and no one can stand against you. How would you handle your crime-fighting? Would you pass judgement on criminals yourself, simply hand them over to the authorities, or take a different approach?

I would act as a vigilante and handle criminals myself. I would kill those who devoted their lives to causing the suffering of others or those who consistently brought suffering to those around them. As with all all rules, their would be exceptions, but I would do my best to avoid them.

Do what needs to be done, unless its torture, i would kill under duress or if i was pissed enough, but no torture.

It depends. I am against murdering someone if they can't fight back (beaten up too much, unconscious, or giving up) in real life, so it would be the same as a hero. I mean, in the real world, Joker would be dead already, so it isn't like I have to worry about a serial killer getting away once convicted. However, I am not against killing if there is not a choice, like if someone had a gun to someone's head I would kill him.

However, that is a last resort.

I agree with this logic. Though my stomach probably wouldn't survive if I had to deal with a serial torturer...

So I'll just say no killing. That's more like me.

I think I'd hand people over to the authorities to be dealt with, in part because I have faith in the justice system and in part because I don't believe I could punish someone properly. Sometimes killing is necessary, but I don't think I have the right to decide whether or not someone deserves to live (without seriously contemplating the matter, at least).

I would mostly just hand the criminals off to the cops and I wouldn't kill unless it was to save another person or myself or it was someone like the joker

Try not to kill. I would put pressure in authorities if they don't give the right punishment to crime.

If you're crimes go past redeemable as far as society is concerned and rehabilitation isn't going to work, death is the only course.

There would be a serious decline in molesters, rapist and murderers. I'd be more along the lines of the Punisher.

I Won't kill them. but i would brutally turn them into vegetable. Break their bones or rip their arms off and legs.

I'd steal but for a good cause...Charity, the poor, e.t.c. I'd have no qualms killing murderers, rapists or folks who deal drugs to children. Or people who stand in the way of true justice or threaten my allies.

Id most likely be guided by my emotions and kill or leave based on impression and crime.

Kill those who deserve it(mass murderes, rapest), and not just kill, but torture; everyone else I had over to the police.

I'd hand criminals over to the police because:

1. The Justice system has been worked on for years and I don't think I, one person, can decide the fate of bad guys
2. I'd get a bit depressed after killing a lot of people
3. If I start killing, I might be targeted by the press as a bad person and be arrested myself
4. I might make a mistake and kill somebody who didn't actually commit a major crime

I would die.

I would take a utilitarianism approach to every situation, and use hedonistic calculus to determine my decisions.

Kill the ones that need to be killed. Hospitalize the others.
