Today is the day where we (in the United States) celebrate Thanksgiving. This day is often associated with eating loads of turkey and other scrumptious foods but there is more to it than that. Part of the ritual is to reflect upon what you are thankful for. This is usually something you are forced to do around the dining room table if you want to eat.  
 
Regardless of whether or not you celebrate or acknowledge Thanksgiving Day, I thought why don't we take this time to actually reflect on the things we are thankful for. This is something we should all think about and not just on one single day during the year.  

 What am I thankful for?

Obviously I am most thankful for my family. I truly did luck out in having such a great wife and daughter. I am thankful for the immediate family I have in the area as well. They all were there when I recently went through a horrible experience.

I am thankful for having such an awesome job. I get to work with some great people. The entire Whiskey Media family is like none I've worked with before. Let's not forget all the great comic book stories we've been getting lately. There is so much competition in the market and the publishers have been stepping up their game to compete for our dollar. And of course there is all of you guys and gals out there. The Comic Vine Community has been amazing. You guys truly are the best.  
 
Enough about what I'm thankful for, what are you thankful for? Feel free to share, even if you just want to mention what comic series you're happy to be reading or what series you're thankful have been canceled.

I'm thankful for those people I can really count on in the good times and bad.  My immediate family and my closest circle of friends have kept me sane through two and a half years of crappy news, a job loss, and a subsequent (so far) futile job search that has lasted just over a year.  They've been patient and loyal, and they've kept me grounded and sane in a time when I've needed them most.  It's good to have people like that in your life, and thankfully, they're in mine.

  I'm thankful for X-23 getting her own solo series and she didn't die during second coming! I'm thankful for food network for making me a better cook! I'm thankful for my friends and family outside the vine who have always been supportive! and for my friends in the Vine, thank you for making me a better and more confident person! I'm thankful i got at least a few more months to enjoy Bucky as Captain America before they ruin my favorite character.... 
Also thankful that Moon Knight is finally getting a decent writer after the first of the year. 
Oh and beer. Thankful for beer.
