I have looked on multiple websites to try and find out what god is the god of what, but every website says something different! One will be saying that Horus is the god of justice, another saying god of sky. Can someone tell me what the Egyptian Gods actually were the gods of.

Most Egyptian gods had multiple spheres of influence, which themselves could vary depending on the local mythology.  On the top of my head, Horus's domains included light, justice, the sun, the sky, vengeance, and kingship (Pharaohs were traditionally believed to be Horus incarnate).
Anything else? :p

Ra was the god of creation and the sun.
Atum was a god of creation (he's sometimes considered to be an aspect of Ra).
Amun was the king of the gods, a god of creation and the sky (also sometimes considered an aspect of Ra).
Tefnut was the goddess of rain, her brother/husband was Shu (god of the air/wind). They were the children of Atum/Ra.
Seth was the god of chaos, the desert, darkness, foreigners and storms.

Osiris was ruler of the underworld. Anubis, his general, and Isis his wife. Horus was their child, and above all, Ra was the supreme ruler.

Quit looking on the web and head to the library. There you should be able to do some real research using actual facts.

Egyptian Mythology is such a headache cause they evolve over time. For example... Ra/Re was supposed to be the sun god. He evolved to Atum Ra and Amun Ra from different dieties of the sun in different parts of Egypt. Then by the time Akhenaton ruled, he became Aton Ra being a combination of the montheistic solar disk Aton and the overused Ra. Then he was combined with Horus to get Heru-Ur... It's not a fixed pantheon unlike that of the Greco-Roman or Norse gods. They evolve through different religions throughout Egypt's history.

Edi/Addition: A good method of understanding the Egyptian pantheon is to study it alongside the history of ancient egypt and the merging/breaking of its dynasties.

The ancient Egyptians didn't really view their "Gods" as "Gods". They were called Neteru, Neter, Netcher and Netjer. The root for the Greek word "Nature" and the Egyptians saw them as aspects of creation or nature. They also viewed them as inner principles for example: Heru (Horus) was ur will power and Seth was ur ego. Osiris was ur higher self or spirit and Tehuti (Thoth) was wisdom

So on a metaphysical level: Ego conquers higher self/spirit and will conquers ego with the help of wisdom. The ancient Egyptians spoke on many different levels.
