@somayareece: Yeah that's why I said, people who think they're the same, should go and spend some time in both places. Will make the more 'subtle' differences a bit more clear lololol

She's not completely wrong, what's astonishing is that Americans actually belive they are some "freedom fighters" in the mid West and Asia. They need to realize it's nothing but global politics and self interests.

I've been open about this, I blame USA for the major turmoil in the mid West now, war isn't some make-believe story, it's gruesome. America has killed more people on its flawed invasion than the isis has or ever could. They dethroned a rich stable religious country, they knew what was going to happen.

Most of the mid West and Asia have a very negative view on America after the invasion, even Pakistan views USA as circumstantial allies, their relationship with China is at a level USA can never reach.

As far as isis, these guys are a bunch of retarded religious phycopaths. Their actual aim is fucking world domination, a raided terrorist base on Afghanistan border reviled they want alkhida to merge with them and attack India a population of 1 billion, in a large scale attack. They are willing fund if and only if they recognize the Islamic state leader as their rightful ruler of "the new Muslim world"

She's a nut.

On the other hand I never realized there was a racial component to the word douchebag.

Also America certainly did help contribute to the formation and growth of ISIS, but her comparison is way off the mark.

This nut also said douchebag is an appropriate term for old rich white people. Now a days college is little more than a liberal indoctrination camp.

Side note ayatollah Obama jammed that treaty through the UN so billions of taxpayer money will go to the leading state sponsor of terrorism and isis, iran. Some money will inevitably go to isis forces to kills Americans.... with our money. John Kerry admitted as much. Your president and the secretary of state are leading isis and Iran right to a nuke. But yep America just sucks. Go isis

Many people here in the U.S. are delusional. Their brains have been turned to mush with MTV and pop culture. If you think this country is worse than what ISIS is doing, than get your a$$ over to Iraq and have fun.

Note that the woman didn't say that USA is a worse country to live in, but that their aggression on foreign ground is more brutal than the ISIS.

Partially stereotyping here but for good reason, this seems to have more to do with her race and religion than U.S. culture, she's hardly the first woman of her background to be publicly racist and bigoted

Lol, at white people being the root of racism and homophobia when these things have existed globally in every human civilization, she's either ignorant or being intentionally dishonest.

@nickras: but that doesn't make sense. Isis hasn't been to American soil so how can she compare their foreign aggressions. And it would seem to reason that if the animals cut heads of nonbelievers, kill gays, burn children and prisoners of war alive, shoot rockets at and out of schools, stone rape victims to death all that shit all in their own country, they'd have a field day over here. People who aren't even part of isis, just Muslims participate in that stuff. This lady should never teach any level ever agaim

The woman wasn't comparing the countries in general, just the foreign aggressions of the USA to the brutality of ISIS. Saying that I'm better just because I'm exporting my brutality instead of keeping it at home isn't really a strong argument, since the woman commented on the deed itself, she never compared the morality behind it.

@nickras: when have we broken the rules of engagement in the past 15-20 years? What brutality have we committee against people or what human rights violations? I'm genuinely curious because I haven't heard anything. You can't support and enable terrorism in your country and then act surprised when the civilized world comes to end the ridiculous ideals they hold that endanger the whole world.

Drone strikes in Pakistan, so humane lol. ISIS was pretty much built up by the USA, so I can't help but feel sorry for the innocent civilians who were ended by the civilized world.

@nickras: oh so terrorism was created by not only the US, but more importantly the white man. Terrorism didn't exist before isis? Or the war on terror? Muslims haven't been at war for the past 1000 years? So drones strikes against the isis forces? Where they launched missiles from the homes and schools of innocents? What should we have done? Said its cool you're using innocents as shields just keep doing it. Getting incinerated by a missiles is honestly pretty humane compared to the constant human rights violations isis breaks everyday. Also I do blame Obama and the Democrats for strengthening terrorism with constant funding to terrorist states, the lack of support for Israel, the lack of courage to call out this islamist movement in the middle east. We just negotiated with fu**in terrorists in Iran, gave them billions, didn't get American hostages back, let them agree to terms with the IEAE about nuclear testing without congress seeing it!, and then the secretary of state said it's a POSSIBILITY THE MONEY GOES TO TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS AND THAT IT COULD STRENGTHEN TERRORIST IDEALS! Why are people sympathizing with these animals? What's wrong with the world

@nickras: should we have left them to strengthen their terrorist armies and thoughts so they could attack europe first? Or just wait for some more terrorist attacks on domestic soil? Sorry but America tends not to be spineless bastards that allow attacks on us to go unpunished. So we go there in an attempt to liberate the millions oppressed by their religious loonies and we're the bad guys? You guys live in some fantasy land. You'd change your tune if your parents were incinerated in a suicide bombing or beheaded for not believing in the cause. You paint America as evil, when you apparently don't even know the meaning

Why do you think that these people hate America, is it genetic or something? Nope, it's the product of USA's foreign politics.

Feel free to keep doing your mental gymnastics to try to make USA the hero though.

Middle East is the result of all muslim nations wanting Israel wiped off the map and The Great Satan and it's allies destroyed.

Next thing you'll say is that 9/11 was an inside job by the CIA.

The US has committed a lot more atrocities than ISIS has. I'm sure a lot of you don't know what the administrations of the 70s and 80s did to South America.

"Yes ISIS is brutal, but US is more so, 1.3 million killed in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan." means that the Islamic state is a better place to live in than USA? You should really work on your reading comprehension mate.

I will never understand this American need to place yourselves at the heart of every conflict. The world does not revolve around you. Do you really think the Middle East was some kind of desert paradise before America came along? Literally every last element of what makes ISIS can be traced back to Saudi Arabia and their literally centuries-old policy of spreading Wahabbism as far and wide as they can.

This is horseshit, Iran is nowhere near the leading sponsor of ISIS. If anything they have suffered from terrorism and Islamic militancy more than most other countries in the area because they are a Shia state surrounded by Sunnis.

Yup, it goes back to the Saudis and their brand of hardcore Wahabbism. Wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the funding for ISIS comes from radical or ultra-conservative elements in the Saudi Monarchy.

Why are people making gee argument about which is a better place to live?

Of course a liberal, secular democracy is a better place to live than a far-right theologian state, but have people already forgot some of the terrible things America has done?

@superguy1591: USA dropped atomic bombs on Japan to force them to surrender ( they who started the war with USA in the first place), so that the war could end and there would be no need for more US and Japanese servicemen to die.

And none of the bomber pilots were expecting to be taken to paradise and gifted 72 virgins upon death by some prophet either.

The nukes were a giant "DON'T F*CK WITH US!" to Russia.

Plus, everyone gets angry about Isis burning people alive, but we dropped Napalm on Vietnam...what do people think Napalm does?

@superguy1591: The people being burnt alive by ISIS are innocent workers who have nothing to do with the fighting and are Christians or from other factions of Islam. THe people targeted by Napalm in Vietnam were enemy combatants, insurgents and the their cover in the dense jungles of Vietnam.

Also, the bombs were first and foremost a means of forcing Japan to surrender. Everything else is secondary.

@avenger85: It's like you learned history from a propaganda book:

Japan was going to surrender whether or not the U.S. dropped nukes or not. They were out of bullets, they were our of allies, they were out of money and they we're out of food, with some of their soilders resorting to cannibalism.

They were done.

And where did you learn about Vietnam? Just Google Vietnamese Napalm kids.

So wait someone stating what the US do in war is worse the ISIS makes the news. You guys nuked japan, napalmed nam,and you friendly fired on are british troops many times in ever war... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._friendly-fire_incidents_since_1945_with_British_victims#War_in_Afghanistan , so yeah in war i'd say you guys are worse. I can also argue youse are more evil in general EG getting rid of sudam husan who actually surpressed isis oh and 9/11 sorry youse did that to.
