Twitter Thread

Recently I made a twitter thread (2 days ago to be exact), after much debate I finally made one, I haven't made one earlier because I simply couldn't be bothered lol. Upon further research, I discovered that lots and lots of people have a twitter here on the vine, from users to moderators to staff.  
 
After my initial resistance, I've discovered that it's actually very addictive! And I was surprised to see that there was no kind of Twitter thread on the forum boards!  
 
So I thought I would create this handy little thread to see what other members had twitter, where people could talk about it and where non twitter users could come to complain/be persuaded to create one!! And also where users could feel free to show their display names and follow other members :)
 

Most people just made twitter account just to finish a quest, I know I did.

I honestly don't understand Twitter, at all.

I honestly don't understand Twitter, at all.

I don't use Twitter much but my username on there is SeleniumTrace

I have a twitter account but I rarely use it I just don't see the point in telling people every detail of my life nobody gives a crap if I'm eating cheetos while watching TV and if you do care about those mundane activities from other people Your life sucks and I feel bad for you

This pretty much sums up why I don't use it. Facebook is bad enough with people's updates. Here's some from my page: Jen: " uh... i think boardwalk empire is being filmed outside my apartment." Marlanea: " My new bed set :) ...actually went with some color instead of the usually all black haha" Kristal (who I've decided to block, because she literally updates her page every 5 minutes with the dumbest shit): " Hungry" Honestly, who gives a shit? What happened to the days when telling one person or calling your friends was good enough when you saw something cool happen or you're excited about something. Why is there a need to broadcast everything that goes on your life to everyone? I feel like people are insanely insecure with themselves these days, so they feel the need to make sure everyone knows what's going in their lives just so they're not ignored. That's just me though, I'm an old fashioned type of guy, MYSPACE FOR LIFE.

I hear you, I'm not entirely on board with Twitter. I have tweeted 6 whole times since I started it way back when the Quest first asked for it.

So, I'm not all that into it. I have discovered though that it is a great way to keep up on some inside news from some of my favorite comic book writers, a couple I have been following are very very fun/ny. So far I think following them is the main reason I bother to log in. So far they have made it all worth while.
