Hey guys,I'm trying to write a rock song.By rock i mean something like three days grace in terms of comparison.
This song is entitled "Eyes in the Shadows",it's basic meaning is death is always watching.I can't seem to get past a point in it so i would like some advice if any writers(music wise) want to help me out.

Lyrics:

Slow/calm Guitar solo.

Calm Voice:"You can't hear me breathing,yet you know I'm there."
slight music.
Calm Voice:"You can feel me coming,when your filled with Fear." (The Fear is pronounced longly and a bit angrier/louder.)

Music looses a bit of calmness and gets a bit rougher/faster.
More distinct and fast voice:"You know I'm knocking,when your skin is crawling!" (The "!" is for emphasis,not yelling)

Same Voice:"The dead start Wailing,as I make My-----"

Stuck past that point.I'll keep this updated and might try to upload a video to better explain it.please no hate.

that's cool, i dont hate on ppl doing something they love good or bad. it's noble in my eyes.

i often think of lyrics too, mine are also hard core full of pain and hate, usually thinking of Dead or Alive by Bon Jovi with a cowboy Native warrior story where he fights to live but dies knowing he lived every moment.
