The Toon Force is not clearly defined. It is an impossible force, that only applies to certain animation characters. But then again i believe Plastic Man (DC Comics) has similar properties to the Toon Force.

Note: A character like Bugs Bunny, and Genie (Aladdin) have toon force, While characters like Sokka (TLA) have minimal properties, and some characters like The X-men Evolution Characters (For instance) don't seem to have it at all.

Benefits:

  • Surviving physical punishment that would otherwise kill you
  • Extended life spans
  • Shape-shifting
  • The ability to conceal oneself in small places (ex. behind a poll or in a sock drawer)
  • Hammer Space
  • Humorous aura that surrounds you
  • Bending the laws of Physics
  • Enhanced Physical Prowess
  • 4th Wall Breaching
  • Freeze Frame
  • Sound Effects production
  • Flight

One of the reasons why Beetlejuice is so dangerous in the cartoon. Imagine movie Beetlejuice's powers with the added toon force benefit! 0_o

@LordMaverick: When there eyes and other facial features change or their eyes pop out of their sockets.

Unless this counts as shape shifting.

Ability to deify the laws of physics

@LordMaverick:

They could control time like slow down time, go back in time, freeze time.

Change the matter of the body like turning into ash, into stone of ghost whenever they get scared, melting into a puddle of water ect....

Another rule to put in mind is that a toon character needs to be aware that he/she/it is falling otherwise they would just just walk in mid air until they look down. In other words they can defy gravity but they can not look down when they are doing it.

  • Spacial Manipulation/Warping ^
  • Exaggeration(gives someone of average strength, speed, durability etc. the ability to do near impossible feats)

I got one one the able to manipulate themselves due to emotions. you know becoming volcano causing fire out of anger. able to create things by thought or from emotional impulse. the example include the light bulb or star swirling around them.

I found a good video to help a few points. I feel they need another video to deal with resurrected toons.
