A sad day has come in my life. A day where I have become so broke, I must sell my beloved comic books collection. Not all of them mind you, but the most valuable and sentimental ones I have. I have been putting this off for months now and find that now I have no other choice, but don't worry, I will not lose my interest or stop collecting comic books. I will consider this dreadful event as the end of and arc, so as to start a new arc in my life. Revamping my story line and hopefully creating new characters along the way.

@7am_Waking_Up_In_The_Morning: I do have a job. I have come into an unexpected financial situation, and am doing my best to catch up. Sometimes sacrifices must be made for the greater good, but this won't stop my love of comics. Someday (hopefully soon) I will begin collecting again. But it is a little insulting to assume someone doesn't have a job just because they are struggling financially.

Damn I feel for your loss. I'd do the same in your situation and feel just as choked up about it so you're definitely not alone. Some things must be sacrificed for long term security unfortunately.
