What's the best way to make thumbnails with captions like on the Batman and Mr. Majestic pages?

use the same codes for the images in those pages

the bottom one is the exact same as the top except the number is 150 instead of 400. 150 is the width size that is show on the page, and when you click on the picture it goes to the image that is 400 width.
