I actually just used CTRL+F and typed in the letter L. And then counted the other letters L on the page. Which were about 130. But it's correct. There are 23149 L's in that word if I counted correctly.

I'm guessing it's that long to read it out loud, with the correct pronunciation. On the screen, you can easily read through it far faster than that.
