I don't....really get it.

The only two things that bothers me is:
1) I kinda doubt they are actually fans of Thor.
2) It seems odd that Marvel and 1D posted that. I doubt that their demographics line up very well.

Well there is a one direction comic book that the fans went nuts over so there is that.

I am indifferent about this, dunno why any DC fan wouldn't be. In fact even if this was a misstep for Marvel I still don't know why a DC fan would be happy about it. Unless of course he happened to a Marvel hater.

Pictures of them announcing retirement would make me happy. Their voices and appearance annoy me. Not what they read or watch.

I love both Marvel and DC so technically I am a DC fan. But I don't know who these people are sooo....

If my worst enemy's favorite super hero was the same as mine I would pay no mind to it. What someone else does for entertainment doesn't effect me personally.

Only if the place caught fire while they were there, otherwise I dont care.

So, I'm assuming this will make DC fans happy because of the following:

1. All DC fans by definition MUST hate Marvel and want them to fail/ look foolish

2. One Direction, according to some, are horrible.

3. Therefore, since OD is posing with all that Marvel stuff, it makes Marvel look foolish

However, I honestly don't hate One Direction at all, compared to other young pop stars these days like Bieber and Cyrus, they're not bad at all, heck, they're pretty good role models, I'm not gonna hate them just cause they're in a boy band.
